Scott is likely a very skilled programmer; however, he fell short on the communcation end on my first Guru project. I honestly did not know what to expect with Guru.com and although the files were successfully uploaded by him, they were erroneously placed on the wrong domain name as noted in an email he received. There was also a time or two when information was given to me after the fact, after the period of time I expected to receive info, or via email when a call was preferred (or expected). In other areas Scott was great to work with and he strikes me as a very honest person, who just needs slight improvement in communicating and he would probably be the future choice of many employors seeking talented people.
