Currently, I am employed as IT manager for a regional staffing service. My responsibilities include software engineering, systems and network administration, vendor sourcing, and various management functions. I am available to work evenings and weekends, but can also be reached via email and telephone during the day. Past projects have included: Timekeeping application development including integration of biometric devices and low-level communications programming. Designed and developed database application for tracking Head Start participation at a major metropolitan school district. Created web-based substitute teacher dispatching application. Built a benefit-tracking system to manage vacation, holiday time etc. in addition to insurance data. Responsible for many integration efforts between an employer and their customers. Most often these have focused on the exchange of payroll and billing data.

    I have never before given 5 stars to any consultant. But after 10 years of working with consultants I can't say enough positive about ERIC. He has exceed my expectation on every level. He is extremely skillful with database applications and Visual Basic programming. He was able to instantly conceptualize the scope of the project and design and implement the user interface and funcationality. He is prompt and has great communication skills as a bonus.
