I was an undergraduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, even thou I was able to work with various computer related jobs in the past, like computer reformatting, computer set-up, typing jobs, etc. Also got an opportunity to work in a BPO industries and became a Technical Support Representative related in computer and mobile software, Customer Service Representative in the same account and in Amazon, Sale Specialist Representative wherein I was handling hard core selling, cold calling for Online Pharmacy and in this area I excelled and became a Senior Agent, and was helping with training, support calls for newbies, and database mining, not just that I was also got this opportunity to became an appointment setter for Boiler wherein we're contacting UK residence, Solar Panel wherein we're contacting Australia and US residence, and Business Quick Loan wherein we're contacting US business owners. And also I became a part of this campaign for student loan, wherein we're contacting prospective students who might be interested for a loan for their study.
