Currently attending Project Management Program at UCLA. As a former graduate from Koc University, with a degree in computer engineering, I have undertaken several internships within leading organizations such as Vodafone and Sony Ericsson. These placements have enabled me to develop not only communications industry experience, but also a valuable skill set in software industry. During my 5-year experience at Bilyoner, the biggest and the most valuable online betting company in Turkey among its competitors, I worked in several teams including database administration & development and software development. As a valuable contributor of these teams, my colleagues and I have developed high quality products for customers in Turkey and Azerbaijan. Working in a team-oriented environment helped me develop and maintain the ability to work with both internal and external staff at all levels within the organizations. As I plan to move my career forward in the IT industry, I’m aiming to shift my focus to project management to apply my technical, management and leadership skills to the work environment.
