As a deb collector in a call center, I used my customer service skills to help debtors pay balances due, for multiple clients, while following company procedures and all state laws. I was then transferred to the Superior Court as support, where I closely work with court procedures and defendants going through the court process. I guide defendants with their options with their court case and advise them through their government debt. I work with the public both over the phone and face to face, in English and Spanish. I provide the highest quality of customer service and use my knowledge to advice them through their financial situations.
