I have over 3 years of experience as a receptionist that also doubled as a personal assistant. I can operate a multi-line phone system, schedule appointments, write business letters, work a fax machine, reply to emails, and data entry. I can type close to 61 wpm, and am extremely proficient in all of the Microsoft Office applications especially Word & Excel. As a personal assistant I was responsible for a wide range of tasks that included anything from making a bank run to filing invoices.
