A disruption in the airline SAS's IT system on Monday afternoon caused some departures to be delayed.
— We had a temporary data and network problem that lasted for about an hour, but it's resolved now, says Alexandra Lindgren, press officer at SAS in Denmark, at around 5 p.m.
The incident has affected departures, but not any flights in the air. What causes the problems is unclear.
— We don't know, we are looking into that now. The important thing was to get the systems up and running and the flights can take off as they should, says Lindgren.
She cannot answer exactly which departures are affected and how extensive the delays are.
— I have no idea of the extent now. We are trying to solve it and focus on getting the passengers off.
