I have a wide and diverse experience as far as customer service is concerned. I've done home-based and office based jobs since 2007. Technical Recruiting and Order processing are just some of the things I've done. I also taught English, both online and in person. to Koreans, Japanese and Taiwanese. I also was a Technical Rep for AT&T, Time Warner cable, Intuit Quickbooks and Amazon. I was also the front desk person for some online businesses like steam cleaners, tobacco company, tote bags printers, salon and spa and real estate companies. I Have experience with online applications like Basecamp, Highrise, Dropbox, Zendesk, Google Drive, Infusionsoft, Podio, Skype, Olark, and others. 6 years of doing these jobs have taught me that the ultimate goal is to always provide customer service that is simply world-class.
