I went to school for both graphic design and communications. With most of my training in Public Relations, I know how to communicate messages effectively to multiple audiences. This only enhances my skills in design, where in every sketch or design I create, everything is about getting the proper message across. I have co-owned a business creating apps where I did all of the design work. Working with a client, listening effectively to understand exactly what they are looking for, then creating their vision is very rewarding for me. I have passions in many areas of life, including hiking, camping, fishing, reading, writing, thinking philosophically, cooking, and many others. I find it productive to develop a passion in whatever I am creating and whoever I am working for. Seeing the vision through their eyes, with as much passion as possible helps me to make a design both the client and I will be satisfied with. I am an open-minded person. I have lived in 10 states and even spent two years living in a cement house in the Philippines, learning their language and living as them. I love to study different religions or the philosophies outside of them. I feel this gives me a considerable benefit to being a great asset to any company or person. Finally, I have a great fascination and love for semiotics. I love learning about and practicing with the knowledge of the meaning of different symbols. Knowing the difference between round shapes and sharp ones or the psychology of color, for example, has proved to be quite positively influential in all of my designs.
