-Compiling product design, material, and process specifications into the PDSS (Product Design Specification Sheet) used by the NPI (new product introduction) and manufacturing teams. -Gather PDSS documentation, which includes technical risk assessment, package and material stack up, substrate and package drawings, substrate vendor design approval form, wire bond diagram, process BKMs, and other items that are critical to function/quality. -Validate data correctness using internal databases, systems, and engineering resources. -Enter product specification data into spec sheet, ensuring document integrity, uniqueness, and compliance with internal requirements/procedures. -Route for review and approval, providing customer follow up if necessary. -Manage datasheet change control and related documentation. -Work closely with engineering teams from multiple organizations to support product documentation needs. -Strong attention to detail, ability to provide accurate & efficient data entry. -Effectively handle document control/data entry. -Highly motivated & outcome oriented.
