I'm python developer with 3 years experience. I can make desktop applications with console or GUI interface.
GUI libraries for your choise:

- tkinter

- pyqt

- pyside

- wxpython (not so familiar, but I can handle if you need)


Also! I can make a 2D game for you using pygame or arcade libraries. It can be simple arcade/action/shooter, prototype ot just your homework or full game with menu/screen resolution support etc. - it  doesn't matter. 

Also I have some experience with making mobile app with python using KivyMD (Material Design fork of Kivy librarie). Maybe it would be usefool for you.
