I used to work for the company as a desktop engineer. And my nature of job is to provide technical support to the end users and IT Clients my job based on customer support services which includes new desktop, laptop and servers installation, Troubleshooting of hardware's and software's while the users raises the tickets, Networking over routers and switches, Monitoring the desktops and networks and prevent them from virus and other malware threats, Documentation for daily Reports to the company, Liaising with vendors for the company and end user vital needs, Installation of operating systems, Replacing of damaged hardware's , Applying patches. These are some responsibilities i have taken while in the company.
