My Services:

 •      Provide onsite and desk side support services to end users

•    Diagnose and troubleshoot Wi-Fi network and devices connected to Wi-Fi network.

•    Provide Windows systems administration support, including support for multiple Windows OS variants,   virtualization technologies, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.

•    Installing new software, hardware (servers, printers, computer workstations, etc.)

•    Installing and configuration of Hikvision, Ajhua and Dahua Cameras.

•    End User Data back up and restoration when required in the course of a services incident.

•    Support meeting room environment and video conferencing.

•     Working knowledge of current and legacy hardware platforms. Experience with building, configuring,       replacing and troubleshooting PC and laptop hardware components.

•     Excellent hands on experience in installation and troubleshooting DC equipment’s, Rack and Stack of the   DC equipment/cable
