Free Initial Checkup - Any project start's with me understanding the high level requirement,
making sure I am the right man for the job.
- Research - If needed: assessing complexity, checking up what exists and/or can be used, searching for the high level solution.
- Requirements - If agreed: Gathering all important product requirements (non/functional)
- Architecture and design: Defining the scope, sw/tools and platforms to be used.
Desigining the main componenets and interactions. Defining the Scope and Timeline.
- Implementation: Ongoing (sub task baseed) uploading relevant code to agreed source control
- Configuration and Documentation: Creating pre define configuration(s). Documentation the important sectionsof the product.
- Testing: Performing pre define tests to ensure SW quality
- Deployment and maintainance: publishing the corresponding app/components accordingly, and move to maintainance phase:
* Pre define duration for monitoring production
* Defects handling
* Improvments requests
