Since 2005, M / s Prabodh and Company Pvt. Ltd., Gita Nagar, Raipur Chhattisgarh, which serves as the printing and selling of books, has been working on contract basis in the form of book compositor. This company publishes class 9th to 12th and college books. Books are published by this company in physics, chemistry, mathematics and other subjects. About 200 computer operators are employed under this company, but mostly fall under inefficient category. Only ten percent operators are skilled, who can do all kinds of tasks. Because the work of book publishing in this company is done in a lot of quantity, therefore, the entire work can not be edited by the operator working here, consequently the work is done by the company on the basis of contract other than the company, in which I Also, the publication related to book publication by this company is given on contract basis. Since I complete the work given by the company on time and with excellence, I am given more priority than other operators. Other publishers are also given the job of data entry on contract basis, but mostly I have Prabodh and Company Pvt. Ltd I work only. After completing the work given by the company on time, the bill of the work done by me is given to the company, which is paid to me by check. For example - if a book is composed of 800 pages then the rate is determined according to the page. After composing the whole book, I give to a proof company, which is sent to the proof reading department of the company and after proof reading from there it is sent to me. There is a slight correction in the said reading which, after correcting, I send the final proof of the book to the company. After that, a copy of the book is taken by the company to me.
