I have remote work experience, as I had been employed as a VA for two years between 2005 and 2007. The job involved general office work, answering phones, replying to emails, coordination with field personnel, emergency IT helpdesk, and conducting recruitment interviews. Over the course of almost five years, I was the data and reporting specialist for two separate companies. That position involved heavy use of MS Excel and SQL for data entry, mining, and analysis, as well as leads management. I also supervised a team of up to ten data and reporting analysts. I have also led the development of several web-based data entry tools based on company requirements. As a call center veteran, I also have experience both as an front-line agent and a coach. I have also conducted various training sessions for both the operations and support staff in the use of MS Excel and various in-house data tools that me and my team had developed. I pride myself in being a quick study, and I always look forward to the prospect of learning something new, viewing it as a test of my abilities.
