Detail Oriented Data Entry Clerk

$8/hr Starting at $25

I graduated Magna Cum Laude with an Accounting Degree and on a full ride scholarship. I also have experience in an office setting. At my first job on a real estate team, I looked up market research in Zillow and Rapattoni software and put it into binders for my first job. The binders were then sent to clients; my marketing efforts helped bring in an extra $5,000. At a CPA firm, I scanned, sorted, and conscientiously named tax source documents for easy retrieval during tax preparation, helping the team get through a hectic tax season. Then, at a law firm, I did bookkeeping. I was in charge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and QuickBooks and Quicken data entry. Through my volunteer work, I also have experience. I did data entry of superbills into Medisoft software. In addition, currently I am volunteering at four different places. I file documents at a hospital, and when audited by an accreditation board, hadn't made a single mistake. At an organization called United 4 Children, I saved and organized surveys from four laptops onto one USB stick, and currently I am learning the CRM software Neon. At a long term care ombudsman program, I update EMMA email marketing software, as well as file and answer the phone periodically. In addition, I research and combine a spreadsheet of home health care contact information. I combined directories from several websites into one Excel document. I then looked up the home health agencies, ensuring their accuracy. For the home health care agencies without a website, I called them to verify them. I get praised for my ability to learn new software as well as my orientation to detail.
