Hello! I have worked for large and established companies as well as smaller start up companies. My roles have been in the fields of Sales & Marketing, Revenue, Business Development, and Project Management. Currently I lead our expansions team in acquiring new vacation rental properties in new cities. I also am currently working project management for my current boss in addition to my role. Projects have included researching new cities, nightly rates, special events, and reaching out to key decision makers in that city to determine the overall profitability of expanding in to that specific city. I then put together professional presentation to present to our investors and board for approval. I am also working on putting together a database of all new construction properties in select cities, researching ownership/property management groups to acquire contact information so that our sales team is able to pursue partnership with properties that are currently under construction. All my roles have required a high level of detail, research and organization as well as relationship management.
