Most often used in re-alignment of problematic projects – since author was one of the first ten Siebel Trainers in South Africa, so chosen because of existing (especially Oracle) skill set (having worked for Oracle). 8. Over 25 years of Development experience and skill set has enabled quick problem resolution and orchestration of Team capabilities. 9. An Architect is in charge of the Technical and Functional Leads and can also be viewed as a Technical Team Lead or Senior Developer, with emphasis on the Technical. That being said the author’s Functional skills are not far behind with the advancements using Oracle OUM and Enterprise Architecture TOGAF. 10.
