An API is required to be developed that allows to send SMS against an SMSC using UCP protocol version 4.6. The API would support request similar to: POST /api/ucsconnector We would provide the schema e.g. to request to send M SMS to N MSISDNs with certain text and selected encoding. The API should also allow to get the results of the sending. The service must be a webapp WAR. 2 deliverables (besides de code, the maven/... builder and design doc): Timeframe: to be delivered during July latest.
