I am Devops or Site Reablity or Cloud Engineer, each compagny has his own definition of this job. The main idea is: I am a cloud maker. I work with AWS since many years and I automate everything with tool like puppet, chef, terraform, ... I used to handle thounsand of servers with high load of trafic in multiple of region around the world.
