Since 1994, developing software systems, either as a developer or as a business system analyst, delivering solutions, tracking issues, working with data with relational databases and proficient understanding of SQL, several programming languages of different paradigms, general awareness of computer systems, like Windows and Linux, and network management. I must also highlight these years on support help-desk job, providing technical assistance to computer systems and software, answering queries, addressing system and user issues, training users on business systems and computer functions, maintaining system performance and updates, having the ability to troubleshoot customer problems, deploying, configuring and appreciating for information security, many times acting as the first point of contact when users face hardware, software or unexpected system issues, making use of quick-thinking nature to troubleshoot new and critical technical issues as they arose.
