We have an experienced DevOps team well versed in AWS and various DevOps tools. Our team is presently providing support for various clients under Build Automation, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery and Deployment,Configuration Management, Orchestration and Monitoring of DevOps environments. Our team members are very dynamic professionals, capable of mastering new tools or technologies in minimum amount of time. Below is a past project that we did and providing ongoing support: Client requirement - Client is using AWS for hosting their services. They would like to have the code deployed to two separate servers, 1 PHP server and 1 PHP 7 server and have different post deployment operations, like restarting Apache, copying of config files etc. that are unique to each of these servers. Every time developer has to update a DevOps Engineer and wait for them to trigger a Jenkins build which can cause waste of time. Need a proper workflow where the changes from developer, to a repository should trigger a Jenkins build automatically. SCSOFT's suggested solution - Use Jenkins to have the code deployed to these servers, have Jenkins run custom scripts to perform the required operations. Using a PHP Flask server to monitor changes from a repository and trigger respective Jenkins build automatically Tools used - Jenkins + GIT + PHP Flask server + Post commit hook (Stash) + HipChat integration, all in AWS environment. End result - We now have different environments using this process to deploy code to the servers. We are using this set up to monitor changes to different branches and trigger deployments. Deployment notifications will be send to a HipChat room so that developers are aware about the build status.
