Services: - Implementation (installation, configuration and update) of software products and automated systems; - Analysis and elimination of the causes of accidents in the work system; - Backup and recovery of the data; - Preparation, deployment and testing of the installation packages and updates packages; - Monitoring of the actual state of information systems; - The backup, storage, and database archiving processes automation; - Development of implementation schedule for information systems; - Analysis and documentation of functional requirements for the various software; - Preparation of information reference materials (System Administrator’s Guide, instructions for software installation); - The study, optimization, and analysis of information processes; - Participation in elaboration of technical requirements for software products; - Periodic and unscheduled inspections of information processes, as well as drawing up plans of deficiency elimination and their implementation monitoring.
