Have a proven experience in casting die design for automotive components like crank cases and coneection adaptors for major 2 wheelers using Aluminium and magnesium. My services involve right from die layout , 3d model of component development till die face development and creating production drawing for the die, depending upon the no of cavities selecting machine and platen sizes. Also have experience in designing injection molds for refrigerator components like table top, tray and blow molds for plastic bottoles.
