I developed extensive experience in developing workouts and diet plans for colleague while I was in college pursuing my degree. Shortly after college I received a position as a Food Service Specialist where I oversaw kitchen workers preparing large quantity meals. I also assisted in the development of weekly menus in preparation of placing the weekly raw food order. I have also worked in State Government giving influence and making decisions in regards to health and nutrition for Americans in the State of Wyoming. In this role I was also afforded the opportunity to give input during Federal Government meetings which carried significant weight. As I began to move up I found myself missing helping individuals directly and am now hoping to build a career as a freelancer building diets and workout plans to help individuals achieve their goals.
