Oversee, coordinate and manage all account activity. Lead, brief and manage client delivery, to high standards and meeting agreed deadlines. Understand, contribute to and help implement a strategic direction for your brands. Offer creative ideas to develop exciting campaigns and encourage clients to understand the importance of creativity throughout. Plan and manage campaigns from brief through to execution and results analysis. Present and report back results to clients, identifying key trends/recommendations/best practice and opportunities for growth. Identify areas for agency growth within client accounts whilst being commercially responsible and highly proactive in this respect.
