I guide corporate clients to effectively automate their manual business processes using digital, cloud-based solution architecture. The usual cloud platforms are Azure and AWS, but can be any cloud provider. I routinely work with key executive stakeholders to prioritize their vision (mapping requirements to product backlog items), identifying value streams, and finally providing guidance to technical stakeholders to deliver a friendly user experience. As part of this service offering, I guide IT teams in the use of Scaled Agile (SAFe). To help developers with this digital transformation, I create and maintain various diagrams using UML and BPMN notation, identifying UI components, microservices, and data mapping for data warehouses and data lakes, including NoSQL databases.
