Roger did a book cover for me. When I put out the job I had about 30 people put out a bid. Most had reviews. Roger was new to Guru and had no reviews. His price was mid line; many higher, many lower. I had initial interest in him because he was one of only three that took my explained concept of what I wanted on the cover and gave a sample drawing. Of the three, he was the only one who dug in and did research to come up with a representation of what I referred to (I wanted a picture of a particular class of nuclear submarine). He impressed me. I choose him. When we got into the actual art, he produced an opening concept. I tweeked it. I tweeked it. I tweeked it...and then I did it some more. Through this process, he was gracious and complementary. He responded quick and spot on to what I wanted. This is THE man. YES, I will use him again. I recommend him highly.
