My first professional experience was with Concentrix as a Technical Support Specialist for NETGEAR Brand. Hired as residential Support who primary assist customers in regards with their home network and that means we make sure that our networking devices such as routers, modem, adapters etc. are working with their computer and other online devices. After two years I became a part of an Elite team who handles not just technical assistance but offering services to customers who are no longer qualified for free assistance. After three and half years with NETGEAR, I have moved to Convergys and was hired as Level 2 Technical Support for Time Warner Cable Business Class. I was part of a poineering team and the first offshore rep who cater calls in regards with Cable TV accounts. After six months we are the ones who were able to get a triple play support or level 3 Support for TWCBC. Handling not just Cable TV but also Business Internet and Telephone accounts. I spent 2 years with Convergys and then decided to work in the local government of Polomolok as of the staff for Bids and Awards Committee. After a few months, I went back to BPO industry as a Retention Specialist for a Health Insurance Account and a year after, I was hired as a Customer Service for an E-commerce account who handles Email and Voice support.
