I started working in Paid Social Advertising in 2014. I've handled a Credit Card brand which campaign objective was about driving conversions (Credit card applications), Technology Brand which was more on awareness campaigns, and Laptop Brand which also focused on conversions in terms of product purchases both for Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn,. The company that I was working for during this time was then acquired by Sprinklr (It's like a unified management platform for social media marketing). We were the ones who tested their platform for bugs and inaccuracies. With respect to skills that are required for the Job, I'm very familiar with using powereditor and has knowledge in handling pixels for tracking conversions. I've also done Dynamic product ads in facebook which is really helpful in driving conversions. I'm also used to forecasting budgets and setting Key performance indicators based on previous data of campaigns. I've done Lookalike audiences as well as Interest based targeting. I've also done A/B testing for placements (Newsfeed,Instagram,Audience Network, etc), creatives With regards to trainings, our company was one among of the recognized facebook partners given that all of our facebook advertisers have done facebook blueprint training. I've also done twitter flight school, which is a training for handling twitter campaigns. I was also able to handle some youtube advertising, native advertising using Gemini and Rocketfuel. I've also explored a little on SEO but not so much experience. I'm still currently working in this line of work and is handling Australian and US campaigns using Facebook and LinkedIn.
