I've been working in the call center industry since 2007 and have performed different types of jobs in telesales/telemarketing, customer services, chat support and B2B lead generation/appointment setting.
For the last two years I've been mainly working in B2B lead generation/appointment setting both at individual and agency levels. We do the list building followed by email marketing, linked outreach and cold calling. I can easily make 150-200 calls a day.
I have also got 5-6 years working experience as a travel consultan with some UK based agencies.
Chat support, MS Word, MS Excel and multitasking are some of other skills.
