Traditional Advertising and Digital Media: A Modern Integration With the academic experiences that I have since the start of my undergraduate years, together with my work experiences with traditional advertising and digital media. Surely, I can contribute something for the company. The leadership that comes from within, gives something worth delivering. As a trainee, it is important to learn, it is a necessity to follow. For you to be a good leader, you must be a follower; and that is what I am doing. It is better to gain something worth investing, than doing something that you're not really an expert with.
