I have gained extensive experience managing an email calendar (including email promotions, newsletters, and third party e-blasts), analyzing KPIs/metrics, querying lists from a marketing database, and utilizing an ESP's automation and deployment tools. I have a firm grasp on the principles of retention marketing as well as a working understanding of current legal regulations. My previous experiences in online publishing have required me to wear many hats. My responsibilities included those of an author, editor, freelance manager, marketing coordinator, social media administrator, PR liaison, and customer service representative.
