Dispatcher • Answering inbound calls from customers and carriers • Checking rates of transport for specific route from one state to another • Checking availability of transport for specific route • Processing payment over the phone using master card and visa card • Doing outbound calls for booking confirmation Tools used: • Nationwide App • Polycom • Skype • Zopim • Zendesk • MS Outlook Subject Matter Expert • We are also called SST (Supervisor Support Team) • Giving out patient’s benefits and eligibility for medical insurance such as Dental and Vision(United Healthcare Group) • Checking claims such as payments, denials and additional requirements needed. • Ensures good customer’s satisfaction. • Providing good quality assurance. • Taking in Supervisor’s Call. • Assisting newly hire agents. • Creating PowerPoint Presentations for new updates about the product • Data entry • Creating action plans for the whole LOB. • Sending emails to clients. • Product specialist. • Creating spreadsheets for escalated calls • Huddle with clients • Doing MS works (excel, power point, word, outlook) • Supports the whole LOB/Account. • Team Leader Training 101 Tools used: • Citrix • Siebel • Qfiniti (Recordings Data base) • AS400 (Dos based system) • Avaya • Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) • Wordpress
