* 60-minute appointment (15-minute Questions & Answers, 45-minute Distance Reiki session).

* Video call meeting link will be sent 10-minutes prior to appointment time.

* If you wish to have 60-minutes of Distance Reiki healing (no Questions and Answers discussion), let me know at the time of scheduling and I'll be happy to accommodate your request.

* Personalized—During your session, my focus and intentions will be on you and any issue(s) you’d like treated. After full payment is processed, I will contact you to schedule your appointment. At that time, you’ll be able to share details you’d like for me to be aware of in preparation for your session.

* Full-body treatment (unless you request specific areas be of focus during the time allotted). Usui/Tibetan Reiki Ryoho hand positions are used. 

What you’ll need to make the most of your session (recommended, not required):

* A quiet, distraction-free place where you can lie down or recline comfortably for the duration of your appointment.

* Computer or mobile device and connection, if you wish to spend 15 minutes of questions and answers before your Distance Reiki healing session.

* Your own music or guided imagery tracks if you find them to be relaxing and helpful.

What I’ll ask you to provide at the time we schedule your appointment so that I am able to provide you with my very best service:

* Your first and last name.

* Your location (city and state are sufficient).

* The issue(s) you’d like for me to focus on while providing you with Distance Reiki, if any.
