1. Focus on only one or two things:
In front of a large newspaper full of tasks, you find yourself in front of one question: “Where do I start?”, so you immediately turn into a lazy person who does not know how to finish all these tasks. The solution is to focus on one or two things at most at a time, as this will make it easier to get excited and not feel overwhelmed. Once you find the strength to get up and finish one thing saying, "Hey, maybe I can do that" you start crawling toward the next thing you know, your whole list is over and you're pumping into celebration
2. Practice:
You probably don't really know where to start on your huge to-do list, if that's the case, then practice. You will feel much better about yourself and have more energy. Plus, as you exercise, your brain activates, helping you find answers to your problems that you didn't think of before
3. Allow yourself time to relax and unwind.
There is a big difference between laziness and rest. Laziness has no purpose, but rest is essential to life and purification of your mind so that you can face your endeavors head on. Perhaps you have been working on a project for a long time and have been burned out. Try to sleep a little more about it, allow yourself some time to rest. Our bodies and minds need rest to function at optimal levels to complete the work.
4. Organizing:
If your ideas are messy, get them out in a notebook or on a whiteboard. When everything is in front of you, it is easier to organize your thoughts, if you do not have organized thoughts, it is difficult to feel motivated to do anything. In addition to organizing your thoughts, you probably need to organize your body as well. Cleaning your room or work area is a great way to create an atmosphere of productivity, as most people work best in an organized and clean workspace.
Even if you don't think that's your problem, it's worth a try, what if taking a little time to get organized is exactly what you need to find the motivation to get going and get the inspiration round to kick your to-do list in your face?
