I have 2 years work experience from 2005 - 2007 as data encoder from 2 BPO companies. Worked as document analyst from a publishing company based from US. My skill in typing improved more and part of it is being a pre editor and post editor where in I checked mostly on grammars and proper usage of commas and spacing. I was a customer service representative too from 2008 - 2013. I have learned on how to communicate in English well. Improved my skills on multitasking. Have resolved complaints and escalations and conduct team meetings and product updates. I've stayed for that job for 5 years and enjoyed being a team player. I worked also as a claims processor from an Australian General insurance for 2 years too. Learned on email management and still communicating with customers overseas. My typing skills have improved more and been consistently receiving 100 QA scores on every job done. I worked as one of the POC of the team too and been a knowledge custodian and update product training materials. Attended client meetings whenever the manager is not around. My last job is a chat support officer from an Australian Network provider and still enhanced my multitasking skills and improve my typing skills more and improve my grammar.
