Assist with preparation of Project Document & Data Management (PDDM) project activity plans. Expedite documentation, transmit project deliverables. Manage internal and external document review process. Prepare and dispose of final client deliverables. Assist with project close out. Ensure timeliness of items needed for client requirements as well as maintaining backup documentation. Responsible for the project technical data administration and distribution electronic, i.e. receipt, recording, tracking reporting, and disposition of related documents in a timely manner and hard copy distribution of documentation and maintaining a transmittal log. Ensure that the PDDM procedures and work process are effectively applied in the execution of the project. Demonstrates proficiency on company standard computer equipment and software. Process feedback and comments in document management system ACONEX and forward relevant documents both internally and externally. Work closely with and actively support all relevant departments.
