  Every project struggles with the tension between trying to achieve the best possible result, while at the same time controlling costs. Offshore outsourcing seems like an appealing way to achieve the best of best worlds. But in my experience the project quotes and samples provided are misleading. Often there seems to be considerable overheads to manage the project to achieve agreed quality. And the offshore vendors provide quotes that significantly underestimate project cost. I have found working with Joan on my project to be quite a relief from all of these problems. She does what she says and delivers a result that does not require constant oversight and attendant concerns. Joan is like having access to a trusted mechanic-- a person who you can trust to do the work, make sound judgements, and treat you fairly. And in the end, that is much more valuable than any potential alternative that appears to offer attractive cost savings. I highly recommend this vendor as both a trustworthy and cost effective choice for your project
