I am proficient at transcription, documentation - both, technical and non-technical - and data entry due to years of experience in providing meticulous and efficient documentation and data entry related tasks and projects. I am highly skilled at software such as Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Google (docs, sheets, slides), PDF conversion related software and am a highly adaptible person who will work comfortably with any documentation or data entry software provided. My experience:

I have carried these tasks out during my tenure at GIZ India, wherein I was responsible for a majority of the documentation taking place in the project, wherein I worked on documents related to renewable energy in the agricultural value chain to be presented to stakeholders, MOUs to be prepared for the stakeholders, transcribe documents such as bills and reports for various purposes and translate documents from the local language to English and vice-versa. Data entry related tasks were necessary to collate all the information and data collected related to energy gap analysis, costing analyses and requirements provided by stakeholders for the agricultural value chain.

At Ericsson, it is extremely important to prepare clear and concise documents for clients for the technology that we deliver, gather information and validate content in an efficient manner. I have carried this out successfully through multiple projects and have delivered the requirements smoothly. I have worked on both - technical and non-technical documents with a high degree of accuracy, as well as prepared and presented these documents and powerpoints for customers. We also utilise excel sheets for the purposes of project tracking, IP planning and customer requirements, due to which I have a lot of experience working with Microsoft Office Suite.

Moreover, I am highly proficient at online research and data compilation due to my work at Unique Square, where I was tasked with lead generation and marketing. I generated 1000+ leads due to which it was critical to ensure that this data was kept safely and in a manner that allowed all the stakeholders involved to clearly understand and utilise the data how they required. This was done using spreadsheets and google docs.
