Extensive experience in the various engineering design consultancy & fabrication industries gained from over 25 years and 18 years specific in the field related to Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, food & Beverages, Life Science, Pharmaceuticals etc. Has expertise to prepare Mechanical equipment Data sheet for Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Column and Storage Tank, Air and Nitrogen Receivers. Also hands on experience of prepared Fabrication drawings for Coded and non coded Boiler, Surge Vessel, LPG Tanks, Pressure Vessels as per applicable Codes, Standards and given specification. I am also capable to calculate the Strength design calculation of Pressure Vessels and column on PV Elite software. Also knowledge of Boiler House Equipment layout, Conceptual & Process Piping layout, Piping Isometrics, Nozzle Orientation, Piping & Instruments Diagram, Material Take Off, Tender & Bulk BOQ, detailed BOQ. Has experience to work on engineering resource planning (ERP) system for creating new Item code & Generate BOQ for material issue & planning purpose. A job responsibility includes drawing checking of Equipment & Piping drawings, Piping Isometrics, Mechanical Datasheet etc. Familiar with the working Environment & standards to work in Europe especially United Kingdom & Middle East with the International standards for engineering like ASME, TEMA, British Standards, Saudi Aramco, Shell DEP etc. I am ready to take new challenging task in the field of engineering and design.
