Extensive experience in engineering well constructions including; casing design/material selections for sour gas wells with 25% H2S/CO2, pore pressure, factures pressure identifications, well head selection, cementing, mud design and optimizations ,directional and horizontal drilling planning. Using landmark Compass software. Prepare and follow up the ITT for all drilling and completions requirements (materials & Services) including Scope Of work (SOW)/base of design BOD, rig specs, material specifications, services, tender documents and criteria for bidders evaluations (technical and commercial). Preparing optimized well program, standard & Manuals. Different completion design, Coiled tubing accessibility, well stimulation technology, artificial lift, Sidetracking and Workover Multi-Lateral/Horizontal wells and introducing new technology to sustain well integrity. Coaching and assessing the local young fresh graduates using special tailored program.
