Steven Prouse has significant management experience in design and project management and six years published creative and corporate writing experience. As Program Coordinator, Steven managed the TD Bank rebranding conversion. The TD Bank program was comprised of two phases of signage and graphics conversion for approx. 1100 stores and over 1500 ATMs, a renovation and merchandising collateral program covering 411 stores, two video / multi-media productions, and the creation of an instructional 1205 page Branding Standards Manual. He also served as a S.M.E. on two other internal bank projects: Signage Master Agreement - defining how the bank would source sign manufacturing going forward and the Signage Work stream for the Prototype of the Future project which defined how brand standards would be applied to the bank’s new “green” building.
