I provide e-commerce consulting in the apparel/clothing, fashion, jewelry and beauty industries. I have worked with start-ups (as well as run my own) and medium/large business as well. My focus is on User Experience/User Interface (UX/UI), improving the customer journey, improving the usability, identifying issues (load time, checkout process, broken pages, responsiveness by device) and finding ways to increase conversions. I also have a background in digital marketing and have experience in how best to utilize that to drive traffic to a website.
