My name is Margaret Wanjiku and I have over 25 years work experience in Customer Service and Logistics. I have served customers in both service and product industries and from experience I know that the quality of service that you offer your customers is what makes them come back or not.

E-commerce businesses need someone who has experience in supply chain and understands the e-commerce process. I am the one will ensure that your enquiries in all your platforms are responded to promptly and that orders are followed through to delivery. Getting feedback from the customers is important as this contributes greatly to the improvement path and eventually a great customer experience.

I have worked for an Airline and a Logistics company where close follow up of customer shipments was a major and critical role in ensuring a smooth movement flow. Even in my work experience in a manufacturing company, product quality was key and customer feedback led to product improvement and customer satisfaction.

I am also the CEO and Founder of Centrimo Support which is a Virtual Assistant company that was set up specifically to serve E-commerce businesses in as far as their Order fulfillment, Shipping, Returns, Exchanges, Inventory Management, Supplier Management, Graphic Designing and Copy writing is concerned. We are a team of highly skilled staff that will take off the burden from you and handle your daily tasks seamlessly.
