My recent job involves task to respond to customer’s inquiry regarding their order. I also check inventories, process replacement orders, and refund. After a couple of months, I was promoted to become a Quality Analyst. It is my responsibility to make sure that the agents are following the guidelines to provide the best customer service. Then another position was offered to me. I became part of the Escalation team. Our task is to work on escalated tickets. We assist customers and provide possible solutions to their escalated problems. I also joined the Mentorship program and was awarded as an Outstanding Mentee for Training position.
