I am a teacher by profession and I have written articles and edited newsletters in my years of teaching.

I have been in the BPO industry since 2005 handling various accounts which includes sales, financial and retail banking, order management, technical support and customer service. I have managed several programs in the course of my career, handling and supervising agents, analyzing calls and training new hires.

I have also experienced hiring and sourcing applicants, personally interviewing them to make sure that they are best applicant to meet the companies' profile.

I am a goal oriented person and I have experiences in dealing with clients over different channels. I am also proficient in Google Applications  and a quick study in all aspects.

I can work with minimal supervision and can figure things out whenever possible. I want a long term, stable job where I can hone my assets and help build your business.
