Hi my Name is Malcolm and I work from home in the western suburbs in Perth Western Australia. I run my own company Noteworthy Business Solutions. The role of the company is two fold, one to offer the creation services of client specific content. Clients send basic outlines or often half finished projects in which I complete the project to the clients requirements. The other is to train and coach people interested in learning how to be instructional designers, write and produce video content and have the skill to upload the information onto a well presented easy to navigate mobile responsive website. Since 2006 I have worked in training departments creating media rich training and learning and development content. I use adobe captivate to write e-learning content and video software to catch the eye of the viewer. I offer a story boarding to final product solution. In terms of increasing your own knowledge I coach people on how to plan, create, edit then produce interactive modules and videos. I also teach people the software, but the software is easy part, its getting your mind into a creative space in which content can be created in focus manner so projects are a success. Many customers have be coached and supported in building their own e-learning solution which they have built a website around. This website has gone onto provide another revenue stream in addition to their day job. I also offer Human Resources Services, Learning and Development Services and Coaching.
