Our development phases - 

First Phase – Know the client requirements - 

Firstly Identify the client requirements and ensure that the following 

Questions are answered. What is the training Goal? Who is the target Audience? 

 

Second Phase - Gather and Analyze inputs -

The raw training content provided by the client. The information is sorted out to identify the nice to know and need to know content. 

 

Third Phase – Creating the Storyboard 

We now have to formulate the learning strategy. The instructional designers should will decide how to present the content, how much audio and images and so on. 

 

Fourth Phase – Develop the course 

Each slide of the course should be developed separately as per the storyboard created using authoring tools Such as Adobe captivate, Articulate 360, Lectora and Camtasia and the slides are integrated. 

 

Fifth Phase Output – Review and implement changes 

The quality of the course determines the success; hence the course and storyboard must be viewed at each stage to avoid mistakes. 

 

Sixth Phase – Deploy the Course 

Now it's time to deploy the course and launch it, The course can be deployed either on an LMS or learning portal, based on the clients requirement. 

Seventh Phase – Maintenance - This includes marketing updates, content updating and reposting.

Slight updates and difference will be there based on Project to Project too.
